I like the new format- Vlog!!! I have to agree that the campaigning has become a bashing contest. I think it is hard to encourage people because we have been taught to be #1 and that winning is everything. For myself, I try to encourage people to do their best, but it can be hard to do. On days that I feel down I don't want to be around people let alone try to encourage them. I think your idea is great and I will try to be better about it myself!!!!
